1. 100% Full Refund Guarantee (Pre-Submission)

We want you to feel completely confident when ordering your immigration notes through GCMSFile.ca.

If you decide to cancel your request before our legal intake team has formally lodged the ATIP application with the Government of Canada (IRCC, CBSA, or CSIS), you are entitled to a 100% full refund, no questions asked.

2. Free Re-Filing Guarantee (Consent / Admin Defects)

If IRCC or CBSA rejects your request due to an administrative issue or signature defect on your IMM 5744 consent form prepared by our platform, we will:

• Re-prepare and re-validate your IMM 5744 consent form at zero extra charge.
• Re-file your ATIP request with Ottawa priority handling immediately upon receiving your corrected signature.
• Alternatively, issue a full refund if the clerical defect was caused by our automated system.

3. Post-Submission Conditions & Statutory Extensions

Once your request is officially lodged with the federal government and assigned an official Government ATIP Tracking Number (e.g., A-202X-XXXXX), statutory filing fees and administrative legal work have been incurred.

Under Section 9 of Canada's Access to Information Act, federal departments (IRCC, CBSA, CSIS) have a 30-calendar-day service standard, but may invoke a statutory time extension if an application is undergoing security vetting, third-party consultations, or physical archives retrieval.

Delays resulting from lawful statutory extensions by IRCC or CSIS do not constitute grounds for post-submission cancellation, as the government disclosure mandate remains actively binding.
